There isn't a "one stop video site" for children. Any parent who wants to find that illlustrative video for a concept knows the anxiety of searching or browsing for children's videos in front of them - you never know the kind of thumbnail images that show up for even searches such as "scorpions".
That still doesnt stop me for searching offline and finding them - some concepts are best explained through a video. Take for example if you want to explain doppler effect. What better way than to see an instructive video like the one below.
